If I had to suggest one, I'd personally be interested in a list of like 5-10 topics that you think might be good to write about every month.

Sort of like you're giving some ideas for writers to think about based on what you are reading/writing at the time. I could see myself paying $5-$10 a month for a private list of good ideas to brainstorm from a great writer.
